Genesis III was founded in 2001 by Roger Young, an industrial welding entrepreneur who saw the need for a hammer mill hammer with superior wear performance, backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We have since become one of the leading manufacturers and distributors of hammer mill replacement parts, including rods, spacers, screens, and other accessories. We hold numerous utility and design patents representing some of the most significant market innovations the hammer industry has seen in the last 100 years.
Coupled with our proprietary welding technology these innovations have created new benchmarks for hammer performance and wear life. The milling industry as a whole has benefited from the competitive improvements spurred by our entrance into the market. Our industrial hammers are available in all markets as access and demand dictates, and we can tailor our offerings to meet unique local or regional needs.
Under the guidance of our Plant Manager, Preventative Maintenance Coordinator, or Process Engineer, a Multicraft Maintenance Intern at Genesis III, Inc. would assist in the implementation of our preventative maintenance program as well as with general facility and machine maintenance. This includes but is not limited to the trouble-shooting and repair of automated equipment including mechanical and electrical work, as well as organizing and maintaining parts and equipment.
The intern will assist with maintenance service or repairs in one or more skill areas, including CAD, machine servicing, electrical repairs or installations. They will have frequent interaction with a wide range of employees, vendors, and contractors, and would be expected to participate in meetings and training as requested. The intern will be exposed to all stages of job performance, preparation, pre-job briefing, performance, and post-job briefing.
