Purpose:

Our behavioral health team promotes positive social and emotional health, in adults and children, contribuiting to a healthy, balanced and productive life.

Remarks:

The Whiteside County Community Health Clinic uses a holistic team approach which includes overall wellness. Our team includes: primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, physicians assistants, licensed clinical therapists, nurse practitioner certified in mental health and psychiatric consultation. We provide a licensed therapist to screen, assess and treat a wide range of mental health issues affection children and adults. These issues include: ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar, family problems, and school or work issues. Our staff provides referrals to other specialists for people with substance abuse, eating disorders and couple's counseling needs. Call for an appointment at 815-626-2230. We accept new patients. Medicaid, Medicare and other insurances are welcome. A discounted scale is available for private pay, who qualify based on income. Services are available for all ages.
