Purpose:

To help teenagers with interpersonal needs related to family, school, or inner-self. Individual and family counseling from a non-denominational Christian perspective.

Remarks:

Sauk Valley Ministries serves the Sauk Valley area. Office hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Services include counseling, recreational activities, peer support groups, radio program, drama team, out of country mission trips. The programs are more activity-oriented. The program also participates and gets involved with the community. Activities are meant to enhance the individual socially and spiritually. The program helps teenagers to become better students and develop better relationships with family. Services are for teenagers of ages 13 to 20 years old. No membership or charge for services. Saul Valley Ministries has a "Coffee House" Day every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday that meets from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and after school. Teenagers get together and enjoy music and smoothies while working on homework. Tutors are also provided.
