Purpose:

The Rockford Memorial Hospital has a mission to provide superior care to every individual on a daily basis and ensure patient satisfaction. RMH is reputed for its qualified and efficient doctors, leading-edge technology, comprehensive services, and outstanding facilities.

Remarks:

The Rockford Memorial Hospital also serves the Winnebago County area. There is enough room to give care to everyone, considering its 396 beds. The excellent centers at RMH has a Brain and Spine Center, Children's Memorial Center, and the Heart and Vascular Center, and the Trauma Center. Other services include orthopedic services and women's services. Primary care is also available. The other medical centers are the Wound Center, Osteoporosis Center, Pain Management Center, Endoscopy Center, and the Mammography Center. RMH also has a sleep lab and a neonatal intensive care unit. Other services offered are audiology, anesthesiology, cancer care, genetics, obstetrics and gynecology, labs, radiology, and surgery. RHM was a recipient of the 2007 Distinguished Hospital Award, and among the top five percent of hospitals nationally for patient safety outcomes.
