Purpose:

Illinois Health Connect offers a nurse helpline. Trained nurses will answer your basic medical questions. The nurses will answer your questions and tell you if you need to go to the Emergency Room. Hours of operation are 7 p.m. to 8 a.m. Monday through Friday and 24 hours a day on weekends.
