Purpose:

The Carroll County Housing Authority is committed to providing quality, affordable housing that is decent and safe, to eligible families in the community. They endeavor to instill pride and desire for an enhanced quality of life for residents and their families. The Carroll County Housing Authority is committed to serving their residents and the entire community in a manner that demonstrates professional courtesy, respect, and care.

Remarks:

Rent is based on 30% of tenant's gross income. Laundry facilities or individual laundry hookups are provided at all our properties. Some complexes feature a community room. Excellent maintenance for all housing. Office Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (closed 12:00 to 1:00); All housing is located in Savanna; the 525 Third Street location offers the NICHA Golden meals Monday to Saturday for the elderly and disabled. Offer rental housing services; payment is income-based;
