Purpose:

Courtyard Communities are proud to announce a new culture for memory care with the addition of our newest facility, Betty's Garden. Betty's Garden was established in memory of one of our special tenants who lived with Alzheimer's for several years. At that time, there were no specialized facilities for her, until now. Part of the newest model of memory care is the realization that the best care involves the ability to surround our loved ones who know one's life story. This involves strong involvement from the facilities and the community with the commitment from their care partners to provide person centered care.

Our services include: Nurses and specially trained staff on site – 24 hours per day, Weekly apartment cleaning, Weekly laundry services, Medication set up and administration, Personal care services tailored to your needs, Regular nurse assessments, Individualized activities to enhance social engagement, sense of purpose and self-sufficiency, Escorted outside activities including shopping, tours and scenic rides, 24 hour emergency call system
