After submitting the form you will be able to pay online via credit card. If you choose not to pay by credit card please send a check to Brenda Helms, Sauk Valley Community College, 173 IL Rt 2, Dixon, IL 61021. Please make checks payable to Sauk Valley Community College and write Child Fair on the memo line. Payment is due by May 19th or a $10.00 late fee will be added.
