We are looking for a Production Operator to join our team to be responsible for the daily manufacturing of products following our recipes. You will learn how to work across a variety of production lines in our facility all while making a competitive wage and receiving support from your community of compassionate leaders.

Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with weekends as needed based on the production schedule.

What you’ll do:

Learning a variety of production roles to fill gaps in the line throughout the week.
Reading and following detailed recipe cards while producing high-quality products.
Operating a forklift safely in a busy plant with on-site training provided, if needed.
Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace that complies with company and government policy.

Ability to read, write with desire to continually learn and improve.
Knowledge of Industrial Safety and Hygiene guideline with previous experience in plant production sites with added plus of exposure to food industry.
