    The Skyhawks won their first conference game of the year against the Kougars with an up and down first half that saw the Skyhawks lead by one at the half 36-35.  In the second half the Skyhawks improved their ball handling with only 1 turnover for the half, took away Kishwaukee's outside shooting, and got double digit scoring efforts from Riek Riek (10)and Jake Gaither (12) to secure the victory.  For the game Jake Gaither had 20 pts. to lead the Skyhawks with Riek Riek (18), Devares Whitaker (13), and Petia Dogale (10) also in double figures.  On the boards the Skyhawks were led by Riek Riek with 11 and Davin Fields-Johnson with 10, while Petia Dogale chipped in 6 rebs. and 5 blocks.
